PS Plate Production System

This is for the production of new offset printing plate with the single sheet aluminum as the material; and/or the re-generating of the used offset printing plates so that they can be used for another time(s). Features low cost but quick return of investment, economic operation, stable line speed, and also save the resources when re-generating used plates. Aluminum material supply has to be pre-cut into right single pieces, and smaller gauges like 0.15mm thickness can not be produced.

Production Procedure:
ink removal --> degrease --> correction --> electrolytic --> anodize --> coating --> drying --> checking --> packing
