Features material feeding of aluminum coil in rolls, automatic operation, continuous production, and higher speed for production with stable plate quality. Produces positive and negative plates with gauge ranges whatever available with the aluminum suppliers including thickness like 0.13mm or 0.15mm.
Production Procedure:
De-coiling --> electrolytic --> anodize --> coating --> drying --> checking --> packing
